Alpha Video Partner Debuts New Interactive Technology for Academic Market
Alpha's partner, PolyVision, releases its next-generation interactive whiteboard solution
Minneapolis, MN, March 2, 2009– PolyVision, one of Alpha Video's strategic academic partners, recently released its next-generation interactive whiteboard technology, called éno. Alpha Video is PolyVision's preferred education partner in the K-12 market in Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and South Dakota, and is excited to announce this new interactive technology in this channel.
For users of traditional interactive whiteboards, the three-in-one éno solution promises to bridge the gap between traditional dry-erase, magnetic ceramicsteel, and interactive performance. Educations have the ability to write with dry-erase markers, give students manipulatives for time-tested problem solving, or add a stylus, computer and projector to be instantly interactive. However, its technological breakthrough comes in the form of its true interactive performance that requires no hard connections to power or data cords, and allows for educators to be up and running in minutes.
éno works with any software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Inspiration, Geometer Sketchpad, or a Web browser. It supports Microsoft Windows or Apple Macintosh operating software, and delivers interactivity through Bluetooth-enabled technology.
